    I can get hold of one of these really cheap. My new system would be 120 Gallons (576 Litres ) and wondering if its too much for the setup as its rated for 2000 litres.

    If the deal is really cheap and the skimmer is working and comes with everything then i would get it. Its rated at 300 gallons for a medium stocked tank. Just keep in mind it will need a feed pump or be gravity fed.

    It comes with the pump but the guy says it could do with a new impeller.

    That is a great price for a deltec. Hope it works fine with no complications. I always worry about stuff like that if I'm considering used.
