Love it!! Finally got my skimmer and sump all set up. Gotta say, great product. Not too loud, crazy bubble action ( more like foam), awesome design, and it makes crazy skim mate. Thanks again. I'll be ordering another larger unit, in the near future.

The MF121 is a really nice little skimmer... perfect up to about 100, 120 gallons.

and I still have the WM version of the Skimz SH2... the HOB. They require a feed pump... so it's a little bit of a DIY project but it's $60 since we're not going to order any more of these.

Check out the skimz version here: Skimz HS1 and HS2 medium sized protein skimmers

    Jon,

I have been considering purchasing the 181 for my new 75G Rimless build. It will be heavy SPS with all the others as well. Any chance you have a 181 available? If not, would that 161 be enough for me? Ready to purchase and the discount is definitely helpful.

    Thanks,

    Kevin

    Hello,

The MFK181 measures 180mm at the base of the cone and uses the ES2000 pump and the MF161 is 160mm diameter and uses the more powerful ES2800.
The MF161 has more internal volume... thus the more powerful pump.

We are out of stock on the MFK181 but you should consider the MF161.
