My ORP levels stay in the 125-175 range. Is this acceptable or should I try to up ORP somehow?

First of all how are you testing ORP...calibrated probe??? Those levels are low, I like to keep mine around 325 to 400mv range.

The only way to up ORP is with a O3 generator.

Red Sea make a nice O3 generator with a controller. I would not run ozone without controlling it.

So does this include everything I would need or do I still need a canister of O3?

It is a complete kit, so, no you need no additional canisters. The unit utilizes the "cold arc" method for generating O3...

All I would put in front of it is a air dryer for it's incoming air. Humidity cuts down on the efficiency of the unit.

...and the air drier is included in the kit...

ORP is different on all system But what you want to work with is on average and the Hanna portable meter is not going top tell you much it takes hrs to allow a ORP to adjust and settle in , Mine is average 410 in early am and 360's by lights out I can spit in the sump and watch it drop 20 points . And you never want to run O3 with out a controller or at least a good monitor and timer then adjust it to where you want it via the run times . And depending on tank size the 100 or 200 model will be fine for you .
