    Well I finally found a tank from craigslist that the wife likes and I like. Heres the ad

    Well got email today saying his kid layed a bike on it and blew the seal, here is a pic he sent me of the chip from the bike and I guess the seal on it. What do you guys think, he said hes selling for 20 bucks now since I have to reseal it, should I go for it or should I just wait?

    I would be cautious..I you are planning on doing salt with this tank, i might just buy new, just to be safe.

    Well first that looks like a normal 75rr tank to me, and it looks like i can be resealed(dont take my word thou not 100%) if it can be resealed then yes go for it bc thats a great deal!

    k guys after some serious consideration im gonna pass, my luck it gets resealed and then it blows, wifey will tell me thats it no more tanks. Im just gonna be patient and wait and find another one, :(

    I think that's smart. Unless you're looking at really large tanks, where the material costs are much greater, I think paying for a tank in good shape or buying new is going to save you a lot of worry. It would for me at least. :)
