When I first got the devils hand it was this dinky little pathetic looking frag with little bumps as polyps and I was even a little unsure as to if it was even a devils hand! But take a look now!

This is the pic a few days after I got it (sorry about the diatom problem in the pic, I was having problems back then lol all fixed now though)

Here's another pic after I transfered everything from the 33gal to the 10gal and fixed the diatom problem a couple weeks after getting the devil's hand.

And here is a pic of it today! Roughly 2 1/2 months after getting it! My cleaner shrimp always hang out under it.

I can't wait to see how it's doing another 2 or 3 months down the road!

    nice looking coral HollyG

they grow reasonably large IME (as do most other leather type corals) so you should have noticeable increases in a few months time

My LFS has a leather coral that is honestly a good 18-24"s across in the main display tank, It's pretty sick looking to see a leather that large since most people cut them up before they get a chance to grow that big

They'll definitely grow fast, ours started tiny and have gotten huge in several months. Enjoy!
