I have a BRS 5 stage RO/DI unit, and I just ordered and received new filters for it.
The way it used to be set up was (including flow of water travel):
    Canister 1: Pre-filter
    Canister 2: Carbon block filter
    Canister 3: Carbon block filter
    Then through the RO membrane
Then through canister 4: DI resin cartridge

This time around I ordered a .5 micron pre-filter, .5 micron carbon block filter, Spectraselect ultra high rejection RO membrane, Maxcap DI cartirdge, and a silica buster DI cartridge. Basically eliminated one of the carbon filters, this is modeled off the MAXCAP RO/DI unit.

Do i need to re-plumb this unit so the flow of water comming out of the RO membrane then travels through both Di resin cartridges?
So pre-filter - carbon block - RO membrane - DI - Silica buster DI ?

    Thanks in advance !

Yes, you will replumb what was the second carbon block canister so it is after the RO membrane so you have dual DI canisters. You will need to unscrew the canister lids from the top bracket, unscrew the nipple between the two carbon lids, place the 90 degree elbow from the second on into the first one and run the 1/4" line from there up to the RO membrane. You will then rotate the extra lid 90 degrees so the inlet and outlet face front to back and run the RO water from the membrane housing down to the inlet of that canister which will hold the MaxCap DI then in to the second DI which will hold the SilicaBuster DI and out to your water storage.
It sounds complicated but its really pretty simple. You may need to buy one or two john guest speed fittings but thats about it.
I can probably dig up some photos if that would help or you can look at the owners manual for the MaxCap or some of their plumbing diagrams at SpectraPure Water Purification Products .
