2 days ago introduced a diamond goby to the system...woke up this morning ...and i think he is digging for diamonds !! He has undermined the end of my rock foundation and caused a slight shift in the foundation, nothing major, but a nice mound of sand !! He is still acclimating and don't come out much.

I'm setting up a 125gal and am looking into a better / stable rock formation. Have read about gluing the rock and I think this is the best route. Cuz you just never know !!! lil bugger !!

also in big formations you want to put the rock on the (glass) bottom of the tank then add sand so nothing can dig it up

I thought it was on glass...but it only dropped like 1/4 inch...its on glass now ~~

What is it that people are putting under their sand to create the "wave " look?? is that the egg carton material? and if so...won't it disolve ?
