i can't wait! i told my parents that the tank is almost done cycling and will be ready for fish soon, but they said before i get fish i need to pay of some bills and wait for the construction to get done. They think the pound on the walls will stress the fish out, so i'll probably get some CUC before the fish

Not really a bad thing. Sometimes it happens sometimes it doesn't, it all depends on what you got with your LR. You can always manually seed the tank later on.

a thought came to mind, i have a TON of air bubbles in my tank from the powerheads, if i do have copepods in the tank could the massive amount of air bubbles stop them from coming out

How long did it take for your diatoms to go away? My tank is being taken over!! Some long hair algae is also starting to grow, but that's no where near as bad as the diatoms.

Tank has been up for three weeks so it's been about that long for it to start going away. I also don't have any other algae besides coralline

are you still using the air pipe on the powerhead? I dont think you need it, I hate bubbles flying round my tank.
