    so far so good, keep it up by continuing to go slow etc... dont do that "everything is great, time for a fully stocked tank" stuff. the cycle wasnt short because the parameters are awesome, it was short because the amount of bio-available silica was low. but i am not trying to burst your bubble, things look pretty good and the aquascape is nice. welcome to the hobby!

    (your parents are right, never know when some construction dust my accidentally end up in the tank)

    haha thanks, i still have a good amount of it in there so i think it's going to be a while before i get fish, i have to pay off a few bills first :D and i also think i'll get my CUC up first that way they can clean up the mess from the raw shrimp
