Diatoms starting to get onto glass

    So i've heard of diatoms getting onto rocks and sandbed, which is what it's been doing, but now it's starting to grow on my glass, is this normral as well?

    Absolutely. You're getting there! :)

    Diatoms will grow on every available surface area where there's nutrient (food and light) available for it.

    Maybe time to start paying closer attention to Ammonia/nitrites and start considering a cuc8)

    Agree with everyone also if youve just setup your tank within last 4 months its normal. Dont worry keep ur params in check and youll be good!

    Ok this just means I have two different kinds of algae taking over my tank then
