Thats awful :( I killed a tank full of cichlids years ago changing water with a non sterile bucket (carwash bucket).

Sorry to hear about it but brighter days will come.

It is a dry heat, yeah right !
Sorry could not be of more assistance.

Anything that had enough chlorine in it you should have been able to smell. I would sure question the source of the water to both get a possible reimbursement and to prevent someone else from having to go through it.

Sorry for the loss and I sure hope your clownfish makes it.

Amazing, three fish died within an hour, clown is still fighting. I have him in a qt tank with new water. He isn't looking very good, but he is still alive.
Lfs says no one has complained about getting bad water. Lfs tested both fresh rodi, and my salt water; both tested ok. Still can't figure out what happened.

Just for the sake of eliminating possibilities you can buy a voltage meter from you local hardware store for about $15 or less. You might not feel it through your skin.

...terribly sorry to hear about this. I am not sure what to say aside from what everyone else has suggested thus far...+1 to checking for stray voltage with a volt meter.

I hope the clown(and any other livestock left) pulls through for you. :(

Haven't seen any crabs, a few snails are still around, everyone else is gone.

Thanks for advise and well wishes.
