I understand the hosting situation and it's a long shot but I also like anemones so it's a win win.

Does the bta have a big base like my condy? I may have to turn my rock to find a bigger hole

No the anemone will find it's spot you do not need to provide one.
The issue as I see it that both Condy and BTA walk. I can not tell you how many time I see threads that one walked into the other.

IMO best to stick with one type of anemone per tank unless you have a big tank. Yes they can coexist for months on end, one day out of no where one walks and your are not home or asleep and do not witness it may crash the entire tank.

Should I add the clown and the anemone at the same time for best results?

heteractis anemones in general are harder to care for. definitely go with a bubble. sebaes are fairly hard to care for, i had one in my 29 gallon tank a while back and it split. then i had to sell the tank.

perculas are some of the pickiest clownfish when it comes to hosting. so there is always the possibility it will just be completely ignored.

If you can try to get clowns that are already being hosted by an anemone. :)

I know the clowns won't always host but it's worth a shot.

I've heard of condys killing sick fish and dumb fish like my goby.... He thought he was king of my tank saw an anemone on his rock decided to try to get it and I woke up to a dead goby, I guess it could have been something else but it's plausible.

What kind of clowns are those in your picture NC? That's kinda what I'm looking to get

Yea I would actually be getting rid of my condy so my BTA would be safer. I'm wanting to breed clown and an anemone that eats fish is prob not a great idea

i have a mini maxi and 2 tube anemones and a bubble in a 35 gallon tank. i had three bubbles but took the one split and its parent to the local fish store. anemones move and if they move into another anemone they just move away. i have seen the bubble move into the minimaxi and it just moved away.
