Did my Maxi Mini kill my Peppermint Shrimp?

    I learned a little trick a few years ago, and I've helped others here with the idea-- Corner them away from corals and other inverts and squirt them with a turkey baster full of freshwater; that will shock them long enough to net them out. I've not heard of it killing the shrimp, although they may appear to be dead for a couple of minutes.

    Even my gbta snacks on my peppermint shrimps every once in a while. Can't stand it!

    So it's already true that they kill each other. I'll ask my LFS if they'll take them back. I'll try the freshwater thing if necessary. I can't put them in another tank because I don't have another tank to put them in.

    yeah pep and CBS shrimps suck IMO;)
