    does anyone know how to get rid of this dreadful algae?
    its all over the place.:angry:
    im going to start using carbon, and buy myself a phosphate reactor.
    All parameters are good. I use ro water, have cut down on lighting to 4 hours

    improve water quality and flow in the affected areas. look into doing a kalk drip. and phosphate reactor.

    dripping kalkwasser to make up for evaporation. far as ithelping with dino's i don't know.
    try doing a complete lights out for 3 or 4 days that would probably help more than anything.

    I have dino I light thing dosent work when u turn back on the lights it all comes back. Try a algea scrubber and some macro

    I just got this I kept the lights off all day it seems to be pretty much gone (at least the bubble tips). I plan to completely vacuum the sand tomorrow and I added some cheato today.
