    LG, very sorry to hear.
It's hard to take a loss like that and the cleanup is the kick in the #%$& afterward.

Sorry to hear of the loss and problems... If you want to read a similar thread, search for GoToSleep's 700 gallon build....

Every day I go in the basement to check the sumps, and the first thing I do is look for water on the floor as I go down the stairs. Most of the time there isn't any. Good thing nobody had to find you passed out on a soggy carpet!

Have you thought about getting a controller?

..yes, the cleanup was a big issue also, at least it was in the man cave and the wife just came in once in awhile and brought food..and beer..LOL...shes great.
Oh, and not to forget to mention how much salt it takes to up level 120 gallons from 1.011 to 1.026 ! ...and then there is the DI canister that is now about done....what an adventure. : P Thanx for all the supportive comments...for a while there I was not even going to post...I was that upset...but I'm much better now. I wish the best of luck to you and the prosperity of your tank. If we go through with this upgrade deal I am definitely going to invest in some kind of online alert system. Going through what you went through scares me to pieces!

Yes,i'd address it.I'd re-mastic the loose ones and regrout after it thoroughly dries out as future everyday spills :)cheesy:,we all have em ;)) will just make it's way to your carpet, plus the mold and mildew underneath will start their thing too :-/.

    Hey Casey..Thanx man.....we both know getting mad don't fix nothing. 8) have'n a couple beers didnt either...but I did it anyhow !!;D

..I'm sure this is not the end of the clean up issue...the carpet is sturdy as this is the converted Garage and it is the Raider Room / Man Cave...but I am using my nose...and I peeled it up to air more...but it may have to go  The tile makes me sad...but it is only about 15 sq. feet and 18 inch tiles, so I may just yank it out and "do over":p ...looks like I have lost another colony of Zoas.. ...que sera sera.
