I'm really looking forward to this as well, some of the previews look great. I'm sure I will enjoy it even if it's not as epic as Planet Earth.

    DVR is already set. :)

Big error in a nature show.

Just watched the first two episodes of the new series Life on the Discovery network. It's beautiful and shows many new things about different animals we may not have ever seen before. But when I was watching the reptile segment they showed the "Jesus" lizard and said how it had to worry about predators and then they showed a Turkey vulture circling in the air with narration stating that it was a raptor. This reptile will only have to worry about this predator after it's already dead! Vultures do not kill anything. I understand that sometimes they edit different scenes to make a compelling story, but at least they should keep with facts that are true. I can't believe they couldn't find a video of a hawk to put in that place. Someone really dropped the ball on this one.

Not sure if it was a threat to the lizard, but turkey vultures will eat small live animals if they can catch them. So will black vultures if given the chance.
