Ever since I took apart my tank (about 2-3 weeks ago) I placed in a bucket of saltwater my powerheads and magnetic glass cleaners. They've been sitting there ever since, just soaking, with no water movement at all.

Would rinsing these items in a vinegar/water solution be enough to clean off any bacteria which may be present due to the stagnant water?

    Thanks in advance.

Yes and after you soak and clean them well then in a bucket mix some bleach and water about 50/50 mix then run them to ensure they are sterile if that is a concern to you.

Throw them out and buy new ones!...

Only joking... LOL! Yeah, you will be fine by soaking them in bleach and rinsing them off well in fresh water as mentioned above!
