Hello to all, I am sitting here look at my tank and I am really having trouble with the design of my live rock. I have changed it around a couple of times and I cannot really get it PERFECT! The tank has been up and runnign for almost a year now and it has enough coral and shrooms growing that I hate changing things around again! Can anyone maybe help me with some things, I have a few pics of the tank but not really many full shots, if you think that this may help please let me know and i will post some. I just want to get it perfect if that is possible! Thanks in advance.

If it is a year old and your still moving rock around then all your really doing is adding stress to the tank.

IMO you can never have it perfect because any way you change it you will always sit back and say I can move this here and that there. At least thats how it is for me. You just have to find that happy in between or you will drive your self crazy with aquascaping. Have fun with it and post some pics and we can maybe give some pointers.

Hello Chalm, your tank looks great! I understand what you mean but it is too late to stress the tank as someone mentioned. I have an idea for you though, here is a pic of mine and notice the Green Stars filling in an area on top and the big Toadstool on the left and large colony of cabbage on the right top. These bigger Corals help to give that filled in look.

Your tank looks great. I'm jealous. After all the reading I've been doing on here, I would agree, don't move stuff and stress out the tank.

    Aquascaping.

It looks like you built everything on top of each other right against the back glass. I have rock also against the back glass but then I have it also coming out more to the front of the tank (like a 45 degree hill maybe). How much rock do you have and how big is your tank?
