Mine made two holes in the sand, one in the front right corner and in the back right corner. They sometimes share one hole, but mostly one in each hole.

This was really cool. I was watching TV when I noticed I had a large Turbo Snail cleaning the glass when suddenly both clowns went after it, knocked it off and the female continued to pound on it, to bad I couldn't get all the action.

I personally don't know Jeff. I had a lemon peel damsel do that. It was evicted for such behavior. Landlord didn't like it one bit. (Fish was a pita anyway)
Hopefully they calm down and get comfortable and stop whipping sand everywhere.

I felt sorry for the Turbo Snail, she had to smack him pretty good to knock him off the glass, there not easy sometimes to detach from things. I think she smacked him so hard with her tail it wrung his bells and he got knocked out, hahaha!!

Yeap! the hole is getting bigger.

When my clowns did something like that I put sand back & just took some live rock & put it in all 4 corners & they seemed to steer away then... I don't know if it will work or not but might be worth a try...

poor turbo snail :(....you know, do they sleep together in the corner? that could be part of the reason if that's their "snuggle" spot.

Shes pretty aggressive, I know it's irritating the near by Corals. I guess I would too if I kept having sand kicked in my face.

The female hangs around there much more, the male more towards the back, but they were both there this morning.
