Haha I was trying to think of a catchy title.
    Hello everyone,
My name is David and I'm 21 and really itching to get a tank up and running. I have had freshwater tanks for a long time. I currently have a 350 Gallon Freshwater CA/SA Cichlid tank and a 150 Gallon currently empty tank, waiting for some new fish to come in...after I order them... after I get paid again, haha. It will be a CA/SA Breeding tank for Red Terrors (Cichlasoma Festae) and Cupid Cichlid (Biotodoma Cupido) which will eventually get seperated out after pairs are formed. Anywho I think I have "mastered" freshwater and want to go Salt. I have tons of questions but I'll post them in the approiate threads 3Reef email really stressed no questions here, haha.

    David.

Hey there! As you probably already know from your FW experience, patience is key to a successful aquarium. Saltwater is slightly similar, you just need to make sure you let it cycle first before anything else, buy a refractometer and a saltwater test kit to check your water. Like always, ask or research before you do anything! lol.

Welcome to the hobby! As others have mentioned, slow and steady wins the race.
