    Your drawing looks god. I don't see any issues there.

    I also think a small return section is just fine, assuming you build your own or buy an auto-top-off system. Make the best use of space and leave the return section the way it is.

    +1 on the return section being fine and on increaseing glass thinkness.

    But you must have an ATO.
