I have just built an awesome 6 gallon cube aquarum. It is not a true cube though, the footprint is 12 x 12, and it is 10" tall, it was made from a disassembled 10 gallon, that i cut to size. I did an uhly silicone job but it is solid and sound. no leaks, i tested it and it haz cured for 2 days, im going to fill it with some mature LS & LR from my 55g reef. I have a small power filter that has been running on the 55 for several weeks that is more than capable of supporting the nano. so it will instantly be ready for stocking, i have a tiny 1" wild caught goby i might add but i am setting this up to grow zoanthids and i may add a small warty anemoneI have just built an awesome 6 gallon cube aquarum. I made a diy lamp that it a incandescdnt ceramic socket with a 5000k 27w cfl and a pvc reflector i warped w/ a blowtorch. It is painted black outside and has polished aluminum tape on the inside, i might give this tank to my sis in college and redo one with all new glass in stead of used scratched glass from the old 10g, and a prettier sealant job. I'll get pics at around 3pm here in FL, which is in about 4 hours. Will this lamp sustain my zoas for up to a few days untill i can get a 6500k one??? (hopefully today though).

I got a $20 zoa frag, Its really cloudy though, ill post some pics tonight after it clears up. They have green rings and a green dot in the center, the open polyps are about 6 or 7 mm in diameter.
