    a d.i.y calcium. sounds interesting,
    i always wanted to know if this was possible and what the benefits over buying a mix might be.

    always thought maybe smushing up shells from the beach then making a small solution with some trial and error, but im not that brave. lol

    no need to crush up shells use Mrs wages pickling lime ask Tangster. He can tell you what to do. or search the threads it's been talked about extensively before
