DIY hob manifold thoughts and recomendations anyone?

I have been wanting to change my water input and have come up with this plan. The diagram has the specs and I think it should work pretty good. Any thoughts or feedback is appreciated. I cant find a decent flow calculator but I think by adding 6 or 8 1/4" Loc-lines I would have no restriction and maximum option for water direction. My pump runs full/unrestricted right now and I want to take advantage of this flow. Pic's of what I have and what I want to do are below. A few questions too as I have never used Loc-lines. I am also currently running a K2(600gph) and another unknown aprox(200gph?)

Q1. Can I build the manifold behind the tank and rely on Loc-lines to not leak or are they only used in tank?
    2. Any thoughts on pressure and flow with this configuration?
    3. Would this be worth the time and effort versus effectiveness?
Thanks.....;D and sorry about the stupid license thing.... best I could do:-[

The I.D. size will remain the same and I am only adding one more 90 from 2 to 3 to get over the tank edge and make a turn to run horizontal lengthwise. I know I will loose pressure with added fitting I am just wondering if this will work and what the applications of loc-lines are. If it can be built to run outside the tank then I can use only (1) 90 to do this. All the other 90's are just for support and not incorporated in the flow.

You can also use a long sweep 90 like the ones used in plumbing to keep restrictions down. I have always used Loc-Line over the water source just in case it leaked. Spray bar will give you more flow it's just they look awful in the tank...just my opinion.
