With the help of fellow 3reefers, I created my first hospital tank for my sick Coral Beauty. I thought I would document the process for any future first timers of a sick fish.

Just click on the picture for a quick slide show. Good luck on revivng your fish!

K+ for setting up your hospital tank!! Hope the coral beauty recovers quickly. When I used a HT, I put it in an area of house that was quiet and taped black paper around tank so as to create a serene environment for fish to recover. Good luck to ya!

That is a great idea actually. I am going to tape black paper around the little tank so he can feel safe. It has been 24 hours and he seems to refuse to use the PVC pipe as a hideout. -Thanks-

I updated the slideshow with your recommendation Acemow. Once I wrapped the tank with some paper, the comfort level of the fish hugely increased!
I did a 1 gallon water change today and added the second dose of medicine as directed. Everything is well so far!
