Ok I've settled on dimensions 36x18x30 84 gallons.im wondering if 1/4" is enough? Part of the cylinder will be glued in so there will be some support and ill euro brace the top and probably corner bead the corners.

I've been searching for a link I had that showed the thicknesses needed. It goes by height of tank. I believe it was 1/2" for a tank that tall but I can't remember for sure and I can't seem to find the links. I'll keep checking to see if I can find it.
