    I was going to go that way ,but wasn't sure if they are bigger and take up more room. I need to fit 32 lights on each heatsink.



    Why do you say that?

    you can add 32 leds to a 16" heatsink not problem as long as you have a fan. No fan and they'll burn!

    I just built one for my 180g. I used ledgroupbuy.com. Milad was super helpful with all my questions. I used 3 6x20 heatsinks, 42 cree xte RB, 30 xte Cw, 12 430nm true violet, and 2 xpe red leds. Rb on one 100w, CW on one 75w, and the violet/red on one 40w inventronics drivers. Btw, you can manually dim or set them up on your apex. My tanks 72x24x24.
