Diy led trouble shooting

Hi guys, a friend has the following, 48 leds 4 x eln 60 48p drivers 1 rapid led controller. He has made 4 circuts with 12 leds. 2 white 1 royal blue 1 blue. 2 white drivers are on the same control channel and the 2 blues are on separate channels
He is having the following problems
1. Lights turn off when drivers unplug but a few seconds later they flash once. Is that normal?
2. If you unplug the regular blue driver, and leave the whites on the blues shine dimly. What could be the cause of this?

 

1. Yes, they are just clearing out energy. Scared the pop out of ne at first

2. The now shut off blues or the royal blues? The royal blues will appear much less blue to the human eye
