We came up with this plan to make a refugium for my tank (Since my sump doesnt have much room for one.)
What do you guys think of this?
    See any problems with it?

(Would there be any problem trying to Drill the Acrylic sump for the Bulk head?)

Any Questions, comments or criticism would be appreciated!;D

Instead of using a separate pump to get water back to the fuge, you could just tee off the main return line with a valve to the fuge. Also with having the fuge drain and feed lines so close together you might end up recycling the water without getting the full amount of benefits from your fuge.

Is that a bubble trap between the bio-balls and the return section? where is the skimmer going? live rock rubble might be a better choice to fill in the "water" section of your sump and remove the bio balls all together.

Yes that is a bubble trap.
I am going to replace the Bio balls with small chunks of LR when I get ahold of some.
Skimmer is HOB on the main tank
I forgot to mention that the drawing of the Fuge is a side ways view. Wouldnt fit in there longways like the Main tank, so you're seeing what would be the side. The drain and feed would be spaced further I just didnt know how to draw that, lol.
    Sorry shoulda explained better.

is the sump already in place, or are you making that too? and is it a wet/dry or another tank?

here's a pic of what i'm looking to get done sometime next year if all goes to according to plan. the sump / fuge is my current 125 and the DT will be a 240 (or more)

Sump is already set up and is a pre made Wet/dry. I am just wanting to attach a small tank to the side of it.
I like your set up. Looks nice.

Wouldn't splitting the tube from the pump so that it goes to the fuge and main tank slow the flow to the main tank? Would that cause a problem?

The majority of flow for your tank should come from powerheads and/or closed loops. My return is split for my recirculating skimmer and I plan to split it again for carbon and phosphate reactors. Besides, you want the flow in the fuge to be slow so head loss will be minimal and you have the added benefit of less heat (from a 2nd submersible pump) and less equipment to fail, lower energy used and lower initial costs.
