    i like taking on a challenge has anyone ever seen or made a DIY skimmer or know of a place to get plans for one im always up for a good challenge.

    That's quite neat if I do say so myself, although a bit bulky and big it would be nice if you could reduce it in size, but if he can do it at that scale it defiantly shouldn't be a problem making a smaller one unless you wanted one that big lol.

    they make a smaller version of that jug, i think down to like 1 gallon or so.

    ill try that one but i will try to scale it down to a 120gallon tank size. if anyone else can show or give me another opion i will try it.
