DIY Stand for a 20H

this has been me and my dads project for the past couple nights
made from:
2x4's
screws
glue
and stain
we had everything except the lumber and screws
the total cost for the lumber and box of screws was about $20
not bad for a stand eh ?

we wanted a custom look and wanted to make sure nothing ever happened to the tank, so we cut this groove in the top piece for the rim of the tank to sit in. the holes are for intake, return, and wiring.


heres the legs made from a 2x4 screwed/glued to half of a 2x4. they make it really stable.


missed a couple steps ;D but heres the almost finished stand.

overflow and return pump are supposed to be here monday

Looks good. You gonna close in the sides and back and have doors or just leave it open?

 

yeah we are gonna put some removable panneling in
we stole some of those magnetic lock things from some cabinets and i think we are going to use those so i can just pull off the panels when i need to access something.

Hey saw this when i was googling. I have a 20H and would like to build a stand just for it.
Do you possibly have instructions for your build of the stand. Hard to see in the pictures and do it.
