Hi guys, I'm moving my nano into a 40 gallon cube soon, and I have everything except the skimmer and sump ATM. the skimmer is no problem to find, its the sump thats driving me nuts! I cant find one that fits my dimensions anywhere here (Alberta, Canada) And a custom sump is looking to cost anywhere from, $150-$300!!! $300 is with the refugium and rock chamber I want. So aside from doing two 10 gallon tanks one as a sump, and one as a refugium, has anyone tried the Rubbermaid/Sterilite bins? and have you had any success or any phosphate problems? Its just that after buying my AI SOL I'm a little tapped this time of year!! Any suggestions about the tubs?

Just build your own - no glue, etc .
I found a perfect, thick plastic rubbermaid that fit under my stand.
Use smaller ones inside for the partitions etc.

Mine is DIY all the wAy and works great!

+1! I've seen many people use the rubbermaid containers. You can also look for jbj tanks. The LFS near me has lots of them in odd dimensions including cubes.

Thanks guys! I was worried about phosphates leaching out, I had heard it was a problem
