    Hears my recipe.

    7oz Mysis Shrimp
    7oz Cyclops
    7oz Brine Shrimp
    3.5oz Plankton
    3.5oz Rod's
    3.5oz Blood Worms
    3.5oz Krill
1oz Two Little Fishies Sea Veggies Red (cut in to 1/4'' pieces)
1oz Two Little Fishies Sea Veggies Purple (cut in to 1/4'' pieces)
1oz Two Little Fishies Sea Veggies Green (cut in to 1/4'' pieces)

    STEPS

    1) I put all the ingredients in cold water for one hour
    2) Mix the ingredients together in a large bowl
    3) Fill ziplock bangs about 1/6 full then lay it flat and press out all the air and seal the bag then press the food flat and even in the bag. Do this till all the food is bagged. and freeze on a flat level surface for 24 hours.
    4) break off 2-5 peaces of food about the size of a dime and add to a cup of tank water one at a time and mix till 100% thawed and add to the tank and see how many peaces of food your fish/inverts eat, now you know how much to feed a day and feed half of that twice a day.

I do not use raw seafood in my reef tank like others because of the phosphates used to keep keep the food. Nitrates and ammonia are in most sea food to, this can be tested by putting a raw frozen shrimp in RO water for 10mins and testing the water for nitrates and ammonia, however low it still counts in the long term feeding of sea food.
