    Anyone seen this? This looks like a super simple and easy to build filter, not to mention CHEAP! My LFS makes these and is pushing people to them. Their motto is simple, but effective solutions. They have created lots of little solutions like these and are starting to put them online.

    Thanks. They have another thread on a surge system he built using some 55 gallon drums and a kiddie pool for a surging reef. It is pretty awesome.

    Thanks guys. It was a great find. I have been following ReefSparky's build. I'm going to be testing it for a max flow rate to see if it can be the bottom of a BEANANIMAL overflow/siphon.

    What do you guys think? It is called a trickle filter...not a 1500 GPH siphon filter. :)
