I have nothing to say about keeping the two together, but HOLY HECK you seem to be having crazy success with the goniopora! Congrats on that!

Thanks. I don't know why they do so well in my tank. I have heard they like dirty water and lower flow but i have fair high flow and 0 nitrates and phosphates???

On the water flow subject, I am concerned about the acropora on the way as I know nothing about it! I bought a sps "birdsnest" 2 week ago and it is alread growing like crazy (I am used to LPS that are slower growing). So if there is enough flow for the birdnest is that enough for the acropora? I am fearing that if I move the goniopora (which are in the "highest flow area/top of the tank) that they will suffer!

in general yes IME , depending on the species of Acro

if its a milli type , with a network of branches very close together, they would need more flow than the more open patterned Acro species

birsdnest can become plagued by algaes like GHA if you dont have enough water movement around them as you know, so if your keeping the birdsnest detrius free due to the flow, then IME that will work out for the acro's like Millepora etc also
