do i hav enough filtation

hi there iv got a 200lilter reef tank with a JBL e700 external filter think it for up 2 190lilters the shop said it was fine,iv got a v2 vecton uv sterilser 4 200lilters and a v2 120 nano skimmer and 3 power heads. iv had really high nitrates for a while now and everything else has been fine up until 3days ago when some1 gave me bad info and iv mess up my tank but slowly fixing things with water changes do i need bigger fillters ? i listed to the guys in the shop and brought everything in one go i regret it now iv had my tank 4 13months now

 

How often do you clean the filters? How much live rock do you have?

 

i clean the fillter once a month empty the skimmer every 2days and clean once a month i do water changes every friday and any carbon for 2weeks every month but iv never cleaned the tubes that lead 2 the tanks and fillter the guys at the shop said i didnt have to ?
half the tanks back wall is covered in live rock which is a pink and purple colour 2 it
