i found a worm yesterday when i was doing my weekly cleaning. and then i saw another one today when i was watching my clean tank... it is a worm with alot of legs kinda like a centipede, it is gray in color and pink on either end. is this guy a problem or is he a good guy. if he is a problem how do i get rid of them. ia have a 55gal reef tank.
    thanks

SOunds like a bristle worm. Most people think they are fine. You can find pics in the invert board.

i have two pretty large ones. but they only come out at night so im not worried yet. when they start swarming during the day ill get rid of them.
my gradma was given a tank just infested with worms. so i went to an auto parts store and bought a bolt grabber. its a large spring with three prongs that pop out.
caught almost all of them in two days.
