Do I Have.....AIPTASIA!?!?!?

    They work very well I had them exclusively in my by pass refugium and 4 inches of sand and feather and grape Caulpera's and very slow flows they do a great job I use lots of flat rock in my main sump to allow for the tube dusters to flourish and they do a great job I never have any problems in the main tank I don't think I have ever seen on there . Water is always very stable and healthy and I never change any water what so ever. I actually need more of them as since I can't get down to the fuge to feed then they have declined in numbers I'm sure its been 2 months since I have seen the sump or anything :)

    But at one time Used then totally for filtration in a set up with algae scrubber The scrubber was on a remote 20 L then all the water that passed slowly over the plates of algae ran into the tank full of the aptasias and then that dribbled back into my main sump. Tank ran for yrs like that

    Just Fire LOL The Bugs I got used to.. And up here what they consider Hot LOL Back home we'd open the windows LOL I saw one rather hot day last summer.. it hit 91 and Humidity of about 55% My son called that day to ask a HVAC question and I asked him what was it like there ??? 108 real temp and 85% see thats hot to me and then have to get in an attic! LOL Bo no hot :)

    leave the feather duster if ya have anything like i did they spread all over the tank but thats ok there good critter to have
