Considering my tank stats (see signature), Im considering a refugium. Im strong in tank maintenance and perfect peramaters, but know absolutely nothing about a refugium. My goal is to keep a healthy pod level, and rid my tank of the unsightly equipment that hangs over the edge. I prefer to buy an all-inclusive set-up (eclipse or comparable) but the available sizes will not fit my space properly (very small home). Any suggestions? Ive read alot on here but its greek to me regarding the refugium.

there are cheap refugiums for sale on ebay that come w a skimmer and are about 50 dollars. They are hob's, can you get a sump going. they are cheap if you make it out of a glass ten gallon. DIY home depot after you get the tank

HOB (Hang on Back). Refugiums are simple, I prefer a seperate fuge though because their efficiency is optimised with a slower flow than what is generally desired in a sump. In the sump I prefer more like 5 to 10 times tank volume turnover per hour. My fuge has caulerpa and a SLOW flow, like maybe 8 gph (gallon per hour)
