    Same thing.

    You could go from a nanocube to a 150g the same way, but make sure any extra LR is fully cured and even better, established.

    I do think the more established tank water you use the better though. Maybe a 12g-150g is a bit extreme, but you can do multiple water changes over a couple weeks to help make more "old" water.
