This is in the ASAP form because the sea hare was shipped to my house today and i don't want to leave it in the box too long. Do i need to shut the light off when i acclimate the sea hare? Maybe just when i float the bag for 15 mins? I'll drip acclimate it for about 2 hrs then can i put him in with the light on? Thanks so much!

I don't know much about them but just to be on the safe side I would shut them - why not :)

I've heard that you should lower lights when acclimating new fish, regardless. It's a practice I don't indulge in, cause it's not practical, but I don't see how it could possibly hurt.
