Do I sell my tank(s) and cut my loses.

I would go with what BOgie stated but if you do sell I am a bad way for light's.

Have you asked them about doing this task for you?

Can they or will they be able to come to this forums and ask for help if needed?

And if so, then get a sheet of paper with what to do on the daily list, and what to do if something goes wrong list.

It does sound like you want them to take care of it. If that's so you need to make the care for your tank as easy and straight forward as you can.

If they feel they can handle it they may say yes.

i wont be leaving for a few months. i guess it would be best if i moved the tanks(s) over in the next week or so, and let them do the maintenance until i leave so they can get a feel for it.
