Do most corals shrink

    It seems like around 6-7 pm they start to shrink .is this normal I'm new to this...thanks

    If so what type of lighting and how many hours on please?

    Lights r on at 7 am they go through 5 stages and go off at 1 am I have acan prism led high powered lights ...I have
    E polyps a leather ,mushrooms and a cynaria just the mushrooms and dragon eye polyps aNd the leather shrinks when the moonlights go on

    This is an LED fixture that simulates afternoon, evening and night right?

    The corals are not getting the same intense lighting from 7 am to 1 am?
