Today i was able to get an electric scallop and a flame, my electric has turned to where its facing my clam and is almost touching it.

So should i worry about the clam and move it or is the scallop harmless

I don't think scallops sting at all, but it could probably bother the clam with its feeders touching it.

ok, good to know, ill just keep an eye on the clam i guess.

Also is it normal for them to stick out their toungs, he tried to grab a piece of rubble and eat it, then spat it back out and was trying to grab other things, this is a very active scallop unlike the flame which just sits there with its mouth open

Flames filter feed and live in dirty water. Obviously the electric is n active feeder isuspect it will have a greater survival rate in our tanks than the flame do which is not good from what I have read.

As blackraven said the feelers may bother the clam, but won't sting it.

I would like to add that clams are not corals...

ok, if it starts to not do to well in the reef, my 20g is "dirty water" which my flower pot is loving so maybe i should move the flame in there and keep the electric in the the reef?
i think ill adjust the clam a little bit tomorrow
