Do shrimp attack fish

    i have a Anthian and i believe shes getting attacked by a shrimp is this normal the Anthian just chills inside a rock and my stupid shrimp i believe starts scratching can the shrimp kill my fish? is it normal for a shrimp to attack fish larger than it?

    but do you think the shrimp can hurt the fish ? cuz the fish has scratches and stuff on it i dont know whether its from the fish traveling through the rock or what ?

    the shrimp is one of those fancy cleaning red shrimp with a white stripe down the middle i think its called a scarlet skunk shrimp it also has long white antennas. do you think he would attack my fishies?

    no, a skunk shrimp won't attack fish. But it seems like a lot of due diligence needs to be done here. You have a sick fish. Have you filled out and posted the ASAP form for water parameters and tank information yet? You have a duty to your fish to know exactly what is in the tank. I'm assuming the "slugs" are some sort of snail, but I would request you use a digital camera to take pictures of them. You need to do the following:
    1. don't post the same problem twice. I've gone ahead and cross-linked the posts.
    2. fill out http://www.3reef.com/forums/asap/asap-please-start-here-54456.html and post it in this thread (not teh original one)
    3. do a complete census of every fish, plant, coral, and invert in your tank and post that here as well.
    4. take a picture of the sick/injured fish and post that here.
