    check out that link i posted i think it will answer some of your questions about the pros of running a uv, i really dont think there are cons, most of the cons are now found to be myths

    lol i have a 55 gallon sump on a 75 gallon tank and I need more room ;D but I have to agree on the heat thing it would make it cooler and would be low profile under the stand maby in the corner or directly under th tank itsself
