    Very nice work. Since you have the propane torch/acrylic bending down, have you tried to make your own 'CPR' type overflows?

    I have made about a dozen custom weir type of overflows. The last one I made for myself was 20 inches wide and the rear section was 25 inches deep. It was made from 1/8 inch acrylic. It held about 5 gallons of water on its own. I used this on a 150g tank.
