    I use it in my phosphate reactor changing it often. However I don't use it all the time.

    I just started using it about a month ago, I had a little odor from the water, and the carbon got rid of it. As a bonus, I did not realize how dingy my water was until the carbon cleaned it up!

    Carbon - Never do aquariums without it! ;D

    Yup, I noticed my water was more "crystal clear" when using carbon. It will help clean the water greatly, I think it's a great investment and safe while very beneficial to your inhabitants.
