I have just recently had the opportunity? to watch daytime television over here and have come across a TV show hosted by a Dr Phil. Now I believe this show comes from America, because of the accents and because everyone seems to spend a lot of time screaming. Can anyone help me with a few simple questions.

What is Dr Phils accent? What State?

Who is the woman who seems to pop up next to him all the time?

Why isn't he the American President? He seems to know everything about everything.

Is he REALLY the evil spawn of Oprah and someone else?

Just interested, this Dr Know-it-all fascinated me

lol, i find him a little disturbing. I dont like to watch his shows as like you said he thinks he knows it all. he is referred to the evil spawn of Oprah yes indeed. He is from america i can tell you that its all over the tv here however i cant say the state because I dont know

Didn't anyone ever tell you that American daytime tv will rot your brain? If you're gonna do that, might I suggest that instead of watching Dr. Phil, you watch Jerry Springer?
