The filter might be OK if you stay on top of water changes when needed.

The fish will not be 1 inch long for very long ;) Whichever takes on the role of female, from what I understand, will get big quickly!! Probably 2 or 3 inches long for starters.

I can't really answer to the lighting question. BTA's are less demanding, lightwise but I don't know if the 24W (is that right?) would be enough.

Don't you have a larger tank? Why not breed them in there?

Well i do have a 50 at my home but the thing is that there r alot of delicate corals and since i want an anemonia for them it might hurt my corals also...when they lay eggs if no one eats those they all my fish will have a feast when the larva r born and if ur gona say move them before they r born i know many ppl that have done that and if u mess up the rock the clowns will get depressed and one time they never spawned again...i felt sad for my friend...i am hoping that the lighting will be ok for the depth of the tank and if not ill try and add somthing lol...

I've heard of people placing ceramic tiles in for the fish to lay eggs on and then , yes, removing it before they hatch to a 'fry station' . If they hatch in the nano, won't they just get sucked into the filter? Here is a link to a clownfish/anemone group if interested...

I have had a few BTA, and they never stay or go where you want them. THey like to move around even after getting settled they still like to go for a walk. So i would be surprised if you get them in those three areas. Have fun! Becarful of any intakes also.
